# How do I withdraw consent for marketing communications?

We don’t spam. If you wish to withdraw consent for any of our marketing communications you can do so as follows:

* *For email*: Scroll down in any of our marketing emails and click ‘Unsubscribe’ 
* *For mobile push*: Revoke push notifications permissions for the app. If you’ve already given the app permissions, you’ll need to do this in your device’s settings for Skratch
