# Why haven’t I received my eSIM or top up yet?

If you’ve successfully purchased an eSIM, you will immediately receive a payment confirmation via email and see a “You’re ready to travel” screen on Skratch. It typically takes a few seconds after purchase for your actual eSIM plan to appear so don’t worry, if you’ve received all the relevant confirmations hang tight - it will appear in your Skratch app “My eSIMs” tab within seconds.
