If you need an extra boost of data, you can top up in seconds! Topping up your eSIM adds data to your existing balance and extends the validity - a double bonus.

To top up, simply go to “My eSIMs” in the Skratch app, tap “Top Up” on your eSIM and pick your plan. The rest works exactly the same as when you first bought the eSIM. You’ll receive an email confirmation once you’ve paid for your top up and it will be automatically applied.

How do top ups work for unlimited plans?

Unlimited plans work a little differently from regular data plans.

With an Unlimited eSIM, you receive 2GB of high-speed data each day, followed by unlimited data at reduced speeds for the remainder of that day once the high-speed limit has been reached. Because this daily allowance automatically resets every day, Unlimited plans currently cannot be topped up.

Your Unlimited eSIM will remain active for the number of days included in the plan you purchased. Once it expires, you can simply purchase a new Unlimited plan if you’d like to continue using it.
