What happens when I run out of data or validity?

If your eSIM runs out of data during the validity period, you can top up to add more data. If your eSIM validity period ends, your eSIM will expire and you will need to buy a new one.

Will I ever run out of data or validity with the unlimited plans?

Unlimited plans can’t be topped up.

Your Unlimited eSIM will remain active for the number of days included in the plan you purchased. Once the validity period ends, the eSIM will expire and you’ll need to purchase a new plan if you’d like to continue using unlimited data.

Note: Any unused data on a plan that expires will no longer be available and will not roll over into another plan
